Add multiple images and description to a text area

We have add a functionality to copy and paste images in a textarea, there can be multiple images in single text area and some description also to be added for those images, enter key can be allowed(not mandatory) in text area to paste next image. Then submit button that will convert images(base64) to blob and display blob in pop up with the description(normal text). Backend is already created using Java, API is working. We only need frontend so please use only HTML and Jquery/Javascript/CSS
