Add jquery dynamic content on select

there is 4 functions I want to add
1) On right side there is select under type title, I want what ever we select it will change middle content and left content
2) There is "Content" title on left side and plus icon so we can add new content layer from plus icon
3) There is "Endings" title on left side of page and plus icon so we want when click add it will add new endings layer
4) There is main content in middle this will change according of selection of layers.
I will share short video how it will work, We just need to make like typeform.com
