Add javascript to Shopify shop

We have a button with / without VAT, this changes back everytime u go to another page. This needs to be fixed. Add a customerservice is open between 09:00 am - 17:00 pm and customerservice closed for example look: ledloket.nl. On the product page on mobile in the description the checks aren't showing in green as they do on the pc version.
