Add if function to search suggestion form

I have a search suggestion form that I need to add the ability to switch the clicked url for two different things based on information that's currently in the database. All I need is the if function in javascript to call one variable in the database and if it is true use a specific url when the user clicks on that link. Please ask in chat before bidding if your unsure about the project. No server access will be granted for this project. The current search form file will be provided so that you can alter it. I really need someone who can finish this project quickly.
