Add features to our React app / Enhance Matrix/Element (React) capabilities

Hi everyone,
we've built a blended counseling webapp for social workers/therapeutical contexts and have integrated the open source client Element/Matrix (React-based) via iFrame into the project.
We need long-term help in maintaining and adding features to the project in general, but for now especially work on optimizing our Element's fork regarding a user-friendly E2EE and cross-signing experience. We therefore need - in a first step - someone to deep-dive into the Matrix-React-SDK and cross-signing/verification mechanisms inside Matrix-React-SDK.
The very first tasks include (Element/Matrix-React-SDK):
- find out why the initial loading time is quite long and fix it
- find out why E2E decryption of messages sometimes fails when logging in on a different device (or after logout and subsequent login on the same device) and fix it
You can set up a development environment and test the problems above yourself if you want (https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk) without using the rest of our web app.
Subsequent tasks would be (Element/Matrix-React-SDK):
- optimize responsiveness
- implement a file management system for files shared via the Element client

In case of a mutually satisfying work relationship with these tasks we'd like to continue the work with you for implementing features in the broader blended counseling app (iuvivo, also React-based) in the next months/years.
