Add features to existing SaaS Application built in NextJS with Firestore.
Tech Stack: NextJS, ReactJS, Firestore/Firebase, SMTP Mail knowledge
The application is aiming to provide the same features that Zendesk (Support Plan) provide, at a cheaper and more accessible cost. Stripe billing and Subscriptions knowledge is ideal as this is a critical part of the system.
Unfortunately I do not have time to add the necessary features to this application for the projected release date of the Start of February 2023.
Features that need adding:
- Mail Incoming/Outgoing for individual tickets (Client adds an email address & SMTP details to catch/send/receive email data that will be added to the chat display for each ticket in the system)
- Custom form generation and customisation per Team in an organisation
- Create an "Embed code" for Team to insert form into their website
- Customer data table with sub-pages for each customer that allows the client to add/update/remove customer information as they see fit
- Stripe Subscription billing and payments setup
Ideally the right freelancer would be available for work after these tasks have been completed, on an on-going basis. Roughly 10-30 Hours per month.
