Add custom css dialog to existing site

I need help adding a div menu in an already build website. This should be a straight forward job for someone with very good knowledge of CSS, JS and WebGL, TweenLite, TweenMax, TimelineLite, TimelineMax, EasePack, CSSPlugin, Modernizr, etc. This is mandatory as otherwise you won't be able to understand the code in the first place. I will provide the div html and functionality from a site and you will need to copy into my website. Interested parties please show something you have done with the mentioned technology. I will send the website and design upon finding the suitable candidate.
