Add TinyMCE-VUE to a Vue 2.16.12 Project

I have a Vue 2.16.12 project (I can not go to Vue 3) and I need to add TinyMCE-Vue to a Vue 2.16.12 Modal Dialog. There is no database work. All I need is the right TinyMCE-vue component added and tested with a standard menu.
I will do all of the configuration. https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce-vue. I'm using yarn for components.
