Add Show / Hide Javascript Routine / Dynamic Table Size

I have an HTML table (image attached). I want to add a "+ / -" to show or hide each column. I think JavaScript would be most appropriate. I also want the user to be able to change width of the columns. Images are attached.

I will pay up to $25 for this.
