Adapt/Enhance a Telegram Bot for Team Recognition

We're on a quest to better recognise and celebrate the 'unseen' efforts of our team members and need a talented programmer to help bring our vision to life. There is an existing bot set up at https://github.com/givepraise/praise, which may already have some Telegram functionalities.
Your first task would be to review this setup, confirm its capabilities for Telegram integration, and replicate it as a dedicated Telegram bot.
As we progress, we aim to enhance the bot with additional features, such as AI-driven analysis for automatic praise recognition and implementing new categories for recognition.
