Access /Class Attendance by Facial Recognition System

I need a system where student's face is scanned before the school gate opens, the same way the class register be marked including sign in and sign-out time. A graph of the attendance progress should be accessible on the teacher's portal. Students who do not attend a given % of class hours will be locked out of a number/all classes and eventually at the gate. There shall be a portal for the dean of school and eventually the Academics dean all with different right of access to the system. This is a combines security and access system for a school setup. Provide similar portfolio when bidding.
