APPs Script Google Sheets

l has a Google sheet file. I want to create a script for the Daily sheet. When a new row is completed and a new input is introduced in column C, the script should look for the closest past entry, by date, for the Unit Price in column P and add it to the new row being completed in column G, which is the market Price, the same for the date and which provider made the last purchase.
