API to pull data from Active Campaign to Google Sheet

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an API to pull data from Active Campaign and integrate it into a Google Sheet. The specific data that needs to be pulled are attached in an excel file.
The purpose of pulling this data into Google Sheets is for data analysis.
