AJAX Form to external api

Hi,

I need a basic html form which when submitted sends Javascript request to external API. As a response they will get a url back.User should then be redirected to this url.

This needs to be done in standard JavaScript so no JS libraries allowed.

I need this to be done today so please only bid if you can complete it today.
