ECMAScript module development

I am struggling with setting up my ES6 packages. My goal is to create packages using webpack that can be imported using the ES6 import/export syntax and can be tested with jest in my CI/CD pipeline. I'd need someone, who can spend 1-2 hours with me explaining what am I doing wrong and fix my issues together. I use VS Code and I prefer to do it via Teams.
