A University Registration and Database System

The project is to made in Java ( JFrame or say Javafx) - It should manage student enrollment and history of the classes. - The professor should be able to schedule classes which everyone can see. - The student should be able to browse for courses, register them. - Staff can schedule course and enter marks for the students. - Students are graduate and undergraduates. Which are again divided as PhD or Master's degree for graduates and for the the undergraduates they can be freshmen, sophomores, juniors or seniors. - Same with faculties. Instructor can be full time or part time and the admin can be chair, dean or someone with high power. - Profile of a member shows the First and last name of the member , DOB , SIN and status and ID. - The instructor that teaches the class will enter the grades of the student in the system. - Also the class has unique identifier( Such as COMP- 2121-WB). in a way that the admin can add or remove courses. (Where COMP is subject, 2121 is a digit number with first number providing the year level, title is computer science and section as WB) - For each student to register and drop a course there are certain conditions to be matched such as year level and other eligibility. - And admin should be able to add or remove members( as Hired or fired or intern or retired). - Student should be able to search the course by subject, number, title ,keyword. - A login page should be provided to access the system. (ID and password). Also a homepage classifying everything and a short description of the university.
