Run Java Desktop App on Mac

I have a Java-based desktop application that runs perfectly on Windows.
We have the .exe file and the .jar file.
We need help to wrap this to run on the Mac IOS; with out Mac users having to run emulators, etc.
File is attached herewith.

Deliverables:
• A packaged bundle that launches on macOS
