Monitoring the server problems

An organization maintains a group of employees to resolve the daily wage problems of servers established in a 'xyz' company. create a basic web page for a company employee login and to post the resolutions of queries and also the data of employees and queries of the server problems are to stored in databases which are later connected to the created web page using JDBC or any other latest connected.
