Mechatronics machine development with C++ /JavaFx

We are developing a small machine and we are looking for a embedded developer with hands-on experience in C++ or JavaFX
Development is split into 4 phases.
We will be using the following:
Industrial PC (Linux) - Datasheet Attached (The same model is available with RS485)
XX - Panasonic Minas A6 (Servo Driver)
XX - MELEXIS US2881 (Hall Sensor)
XX - Servo Motor (12Nm) - 2 Nos
XX - Servo Motor (2Nm) - 3 Nos
XX - Servo Motors (8Nm) - 2 Nos
XX - Linear Motor (200N Continuous Torque) - 2 Nos
XX - Linear Motor (100N Continuous Torque) - 2 Nos
We have spliced the job in 3 sections. I have attached the Section one requirements in word document.
