I'm seeking an expert to create a specific trading strategy for the Jforex platform. The strategy involves a trend following approach, with an alert system for significant market movements.

Main Function:
- Monitor price movement in 10-pip increments
- Detect when 4 consecutive candles appear
- Verify these 4 candles stay within a 15-pip range
- Alert when pattern is found

Alerts:
- Local mode: Sound signal
- Remote mode: Email notification

- Pip size (10 pips)
