Interactive KIOSK & Admin Booking System

I'm seeking a developer to create a dual-purpose KIOSK (for guest self-service) and an Admin System for phone bookings.
**KIOSK Features:**
- A welcome screen with a text message guide
- Step-by-step booking process:
- Inputting the number of guests
- Specifying check-in & check-out dates
- Room suggestions based on guests and hotel rules
- A guest detail form with necessary validations
- A summary display of price and tax before confirmation
- Database storage for bookings
- A reminder for guests to check with the front desk for billing (KIOSK does not handle billing)
**Admin System Features:**
- Admin-only login
- Same booking steps as the KIOSK, with additional features:
- Guest search by name or phone
- Booking cancellation
- Guest check-out with possible discounts
- Bill generation (tax, discount, total)
- Room availability marking post check-out
- Viewing/adding guest feedback after stay
