i'm looking for network engineering expert to Write a program that helps users to enter parameters of a computer network with number of nodes (N), the links between nodes have Delay metric. Then, it gives three choices: 1) Show the Graph on the screen, 2) Print it on paper and 3) export it in a pdf file. It should use GUI interfaces. Test your program on the network represented by the graph G shown in slide#8 of Ch5 Prepare a formal technical report, Word and pdf, for the program including the source code by the end.
