write emv data to Java (j2a040) cards

As a proof of concept work for our company i am looking to write specific emv data to Java cards (j2a040) utilizing common tools such as CardPeek, ATR Tool 2.0, X2 2.5, JCOP, BP tools, etc.

We need to determine if it is feasible to do this & later how to protect against it.

Please only bid on this job if you have prior experience with EMV cards & payment card data.
