web based student attendance management system project

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based student attendance management system using Java. The project needs to be completed within a month. The system should have the following features:
- Attendance tracking: The system should be able to track and record student attendance.
- Report generation: It should be able to generate attendance reports for individual students or for the entire class.
- Integration with student database: The system should be able to integrate with a student database, allowing for easy access to student information.
-It should contain three modules:-
1.Administrator: An admin has complete access over the entire software system. They must have valid username and password to log in to the system. The admin can view, add, delete, update student/faculty.
2.Faculty: Like the admins, faculty too must have a valid username and password to log in to the online attendance management system. The valid faculty members can view, add, update, delete the desired accounts, details of students as well as details of the faculty.
3.Student: With this module, students can view their details and the reports generated by the administrator/faculty about their attendance.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience in developing web-based applications
- Knowledge of database management systems
