I want to make a custom Minecraft plugin

Hi! I want to make a simple plugin which allows player to change the type of weapons and armors. (For example, a diamond sword -> a netherite sword) and still keep meta information such as enchantments, unbreakable, lores, name. I want it be a GUI menu and player need to put a special material to do so (that material can be bought from our website). I want the plugin to be fully configurable (languages, special materials, permission,...).
