tutorial on how to obfuscate my project with zelix klass master or other good obf

I am looking for a tutorial on how to obfuscate my Java project in order to prevent reverse engineering. I am open to suggestions for obfuscation tools, but I am particularly interested in learning how to use Zelix Klass Master.
