timetable clash detection system

the project should be made using Java for the GUI, which should be simple and doesnt need to look good, and there should be 2 options for detecting clashes in the timetable, one with kotlin and one with scala. the only user is an administrator, which should be able to add courses for year 1, 2 or 3 students which must not be at the same time in the same place; the only exception would be that different year students can have couses at the same time if they do not take place in the same room.
