stock market java base statragy making

I am looking to generate a stock market strategy using Algorithmic Trading through a Java-based system. I already have a sample portfolio that can be used as the basis for this strategy. The strategy will be operated on a desktop environment and adapted to suit the market. It should be able to detect patterns in the market and generate profitable trades from them. I am looking for someone who has experience creating strategies and knows their way around the stock market. You should be comfortable working with Java and creating algorithms and strategies. I prefer someone who has a demonstrated history of successful strategies, so please include references and portfolios. The ideal candidate will be well versed in both the technical and fundamental aspects of the financial markets, and have experience developing trading systems with a proven track record.
