sql java wrapper question?

PLEASE NOTE: HERE IS THE task

Please see the link to my repo and the text below, I have a file "insertRecord.class". There is two commands that list specific records in my database in MySql. Do I have the insertRecord source as part of getRecord.java? Is there something I am missing?

Please let me know if you see that OR if I need this put together and simply should only be a wrapper around a sql insert command like in the example above? Can you copy the getRecord.java to make insertRecord.java?
