with two type of user
1. first user can make a rent for his place
2. second user can make a reservation for the place of the first user

the place: location as google url, photos for the place, price for one night, weekday, weekend or special days (new year day …eg), available days according to the reservations system

payment gateways
OTP for users mobile number ( by sms )
notification for each user while getting response
(reservations statement)
sending invoices for each user PDF by SMS
