remotely Setting up my Java Development environment

I just started learning Java EE, it has been three days now and i am trying to set up my project on Intellij and Eclipse, however i have an issue with setting up my servlet and webservices. can someone remotely help me set it up on both IDE so that i can continue doing my project.
