Hello ( Please read first)

I want an app that can make call via internet to mobile, We don't need incoming calls we need only outgoing calls from our app.

only 2 conditions :-

1).call via internet to mobile without showing real no
2). Every time no will change on receiver 's mobile.

Please add top on your proposal which method will you use? otherwise i will ignore your bid.
