pub/sub message oriented programming -- 2

I am looking for someone to implement a pub/sub message-oriented programming solution in Java. My messaging system could be either asynchronous or synchronous; I'm not sure which one would best suit my needs. The messaging protocol I would like to use is HTTP/HTTPS. The final solution should be user friendly and follow best coding practices. The successful developer should be well-versed in the Java, pub/sub message-oriented programming paradigms, and possess a strong understanding of the HTTP/HTTPS protocol.
