pharmacy management software

I'm looking to develop a comprehensive pharmacy management software with retail automation as the main purpose. The software should be able to keep patient records as well as manage inventory. It will also include client-facing features, however the exact scope of these features is yet to be determined. I'm looking for someone proficient in the Java programming language to help me create this software.
