I need an orders fulfillment system

i have an online shop on instagram and i need an order fulfillment system to submit and process instagram clients orders . the system that i want should be a pc application and should have manual order submitting interface to use by the instagram page admin and send the order to the orders fulfillment admin who will assign order pickers whom will use android app to go to the products locations and send them for packing and shipping
