I need a custom Minecraft plugin [BB].

I am making my own Minecraft server with different gamemodes, with one of them being BuildBattle. Currently, none of the current public plugins are really appealing to me. So I came here. I want a build battle game mode that is similar to Hypixel's and that is easily and fully able to configure myself. There would be a lobby that they would first load in and then the game would start when there'd be enough players. There would be multiple different themes to build which I could also alter to my own desire. I would preferably like all of this in the Paper or Bukkit format making it Minecraft Java. To clarify, I'd want this to be a plugin. Thanks for considering!
