I need a Android and IOS app developer

I’m looking for an experienced Android and IOS app developer to join my team. I’m highly familiar with Java, so I need someone who feels comfortable working with that language. I’m open to discussing either publishing or not publishing the app to the app stores, and possibly some design support as well.
