at myqsl Too many connection error

We are using server with 60GB ram and some times we got error in mysql too many connections .We did also increase the limit max_connections | 100 to max_connections | 1000000000 but after a day or few hours will get again same error. We need someone who can fix it or can help us to write a code where we can track the reason why this happen .only highly professionals bid please.
