minecraft server and plugins

I want a team to be responsible to making and maintaining new Minecraft server java
and develop or enhance custom needed plugins for the gameplay
the server will have only a single game mode survival
the theme will be based on anime isekai adventures
leveling and mcmmo structure and mods and adventurer roles
