I am looking for a JRuby specialist who can build the simple GUI that is shown in the attached image by using JavaFX. -- 2

It should allow dragging a file into the area and store the file path in a variable. When pushing the button, the path
should be added to the list below the drag & drop area.

Additionally, I need a bash script to deploy this program on Windows machines that don't have Java installed and have
no admin access. Running the script should create in a self containing binary that includes the Java Environment, all
JRuby gems, and JavaFX) which can then be executed on said Windows machines, without having to install anything.
