On-line platform for wifi code payment

The platform is about selling wifi code to client in order to use a WiFi hotspot.
This platform will contains in its homepage the list of available packages (name, price, as well as a brief description for each package). Once the client clicks on a package to select it, a new page opens asking him to enter the phone number whose mobile money account will be used to pay the transaction. They can also enter an email address to receive a receipt for the transaction.
Once the phone number is entered and validated, the platform sends a debit message to the customer's phone through the Mobile Money Operator's API. After the platform receives "successful payment" message from the Mobile Money Operator, it will send a code generation command to the Mikrotik router (Command available in PHP or Java).
Finally, the platform will generate a new page to display the generated WiFi code to the user. This code will also be sent to a predefined mail address with transaction data.
