java to react-native bridge

I am looking for someone to build a bridge that will connect a particular native java android library with React Native. I have a detailed list of features and functionalities that I would like to be incorporated in this project. This is an immediate project that needs to be completed as soon as possible. I am open to suggestions about the best way to approach the development of this system but am expecting the final outcome to effectively bridge the gap between this java library and React Native so that both coding platforms can work together seamlessly.
