java project help with testing

1) can you build with the make file "getRecord.class" and "insertRecord.class" ?
2) can you get the docker db mysql going?
3) can you run the commands below to test?

ANY THOUGHTS ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed if we can get some done - then we can talk about next steps and 5 stars and another job also.
