i have a list of enrollees details and i need to check first member(primary member) in the enrollee list is active or not with the help of field eligibilitydate,If eligibility date is active then need to check the spouse(relationshipcode=20) or partner (relationshipcode=21) are active or not by using filed eligibilitydate,if we have both 20 and 21 in the enrollelist and one of them are in-active(by using eligibilitydate) then we need to remove the inactive spouse details from the enrollelist.

if we have both spouse and partner in the list andboth spouse(20) or partner(21) are inactive then we need to keep latest eligibilitydate in among them and remove other one details from the list
