java Team lead

My project requires the services of a Java Team Lead. Our development team is small, with 1-5 members. The team lead will be responsible for leading a specific project for us. Technical skills are the primary skills we need in our Team Lead, with expertise in and knowledge of different Java technologies. We're looking for someone with the ability to identify developing trends, provide insights to the team, and work effectively with other colleagues in our organization.
