jasper java developer configuration

hi am looking for developer to do the following

1 configure jasper with jasper server for oracle database
2 intergrate jasper report with oracle forms
3 intergrate jasper report with react application

must have this skills
oracle pl/sql
jasper report
linux
java
react
spring

must able to work remotely this for independent developer
