We are looking for an experienced developer or team to help us set up a basic implementation of jBPM (Java Business Process Management) to automate several key business processes. Our organization primarily works with legal teams, NBFCs, and Fintech companies in the lending and debt recovery space. We need to automate workflows like legal case tracking, debt recovery, and process optimization, with the goal of streamlining operations and reducing manual intervention.
### Scope of Work:
- Set up a jBPM environment (can be standalone or embedded into our existing Java application).
- Work closely with our team to define and document business processes that need automation (e.g., debt recovery workflows, case management for legal teams, etc.).
- Model these processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Integrate jBPM with our existing tools, including case management systems, proprietary platforms, and financial tools.
- Configure human task management for steps that require manual approvals or interventions.
- Provide basic training on how to monitor and manage workflows using jBPM’s tools and dashboards.
- Assist with initial testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
### Requirements:
- Proven experience with jBPM or similar BPM tools.
- Strong skills in Java and BPMN modeling.
- Experience in integrating jBPM with other systems (APIs, databases, etc.).
- Familiarity with business processes in legal operations, debt recovery, or Fintech is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver quality results on time.
### Deliverables:
- Fully functional jBPM environment configured for business process automation.
- Documented business processes modeled and deployed in jBPM.
- Integration with our existing systems.
- Training and support for our team on process management and monitoring.
