Role Summary

We are looking for a Subject-Matter Expert with GUIDEWIRE technology experience to advise and support our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and support.


Role Responsibilities:


• You understand what our customers' true business requirements are and redefine and/or align them with Guidewire's application capabilities
• You are in the lead of requirements gathering sessions with our customers
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Implementing changes as needed and testing functionality in close collaboration with technical teams


Your Skills and Competencies:


• A master's degree in business information systems or equivalent
• Good industry knowledge of the Swiss accident and property insurance industry
• 3 - 5 years of business analyst experience in technology implementations with Guidewire
• Experience in defining business requirements for a software project using agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Java-based programming languages (GOSU)
• Fluent in French & English, good negotiation skills with internal as well as external partners and up to 50% mobility for business travel in Switzerland
