enable my java app to send messages to slack

create slack java spring boot connector
the connector should be able to:
1. configure new module by sending params from ui (ui will be done by me)
2. post to specific slack channel.
3. post for specific group/specific user
4. get commands back from slack to java

should be done in spring boot so i can integrate it with my project.
should debug with me until it works
