development of a small web-based application in Coldfusion

I am looking for a developer to create a small web-based application in Coldfusion with a MySQL database which will be used to store the entered data. The application will require the following functionality:

- User authentication and registration: Users should be able to create an account and log in to access the application.

In terms of design, I have some ideas in mind but I am open to suggestions. I would like the application to have a clean and user-friendly interface.

While there is a preferred deadline for the project, it is flexible. I am looking for a developer who can deliver the project in a timely manner without compromising quality.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include: Coldfusion, mysql database

(Note: there could be numerous beneficiaries so need to capture the details of all beneficiaries)

Estate Assets

Need to capture details of assets, detailed description of assets and possibly the ability to upload a picture of the asset

Any other information relating to the asset e.g. data of acquisition etc

If the asset is a car need to provide further info on the car - make, model, original purchase price (if known) and also current estimated value (if known)

Instructions as to how the assets are to be divided
